I used the License Disk renewal option through Wesbank purely for the fact that I have been paying Road Protect every month for this service. This was done on the 4th of September. It is now the 5th of October and I have not even received a single mail regarding the renewal besides the proof of payment. I have emailed Road Protect and Wesbank and tried phoning multiple times, yet no response whatsoever. Paying for this service is a waste of time and money, I would rather stand in line for 6 hours knowing that at the end of the day I'll receive what I came for. I would prefer a full refund and canceling my Road Protect policies. Please respond ASAP with either a full refund or an update on my license disk.

I have been emailing customer service for 3 days straight now and I receive no feedback. I have been approved for credit, I entered the OTP and did everything that was needed yet I still cannot purchase anything from either Raru or Takealot. Your customer service needs to step up their game.
