Free Shipping - False!

I can understand high prices if the quality is good. But careful of their free shipping coupons. They dont apply if you live in the middle of Johannesburg (Randburg) as the "system determines if it is an outlying area and we dont have control over it". So no, there was no free shipping. I guess I have to live next to the delivery depot or their offices. JHB is outlying area then apparently.

Didnt even bother to look into it or assist, just the same generic response that their system determines it and they cant do anything about it. POOR!
