Missing/broken items from move.

I dealt with Patrick after they were HIGHLY recommended. I only had a few things to move, from JHB to KZN. And on arrival in KZN I noticed not everything arrived. The driver said that they would bring it the next week (this was November) and I waited and no one even contacted me. Every single time I contacted Patrick he said he would call me/message me later... I have screenshots, he doesn't bother message back/call. My kids were without our Christmas tree which costs quite a few thousand. Unprofessional, actually totally unacceptable how they cannot even get your items to you. Also my mirror broke. I've been to small claims court this week, after now waiting MONTHS, I'm taking it further. Don't use this company if you want something to break or go missing.
