Simbithi is overrated and will fall behind if they do not start innovating.

Trashy, overpriced, and boring estate estate. There are not enough ammenities for residents and the infrastructure is lacking. They are always just tacking on small fixed to roads and potholes without ever repaving or replacing their ugly brick designs that are terrible for riding bikes on with my daughter. They give me a headache.

I do not understand how some place so expensive to rent can be so underwhelming. Where does the money go???
