I'm not happy with management.
We are utilizing Smart Utility App to pay the rental, electricity and water usage. Last year December I was told that we've been using water for free, the App was not deducting for water usage but only electricity and rental. I told them that's not my problem that the App was not doing what it was supposed to be doing. Well I made and arrangements to pay for that bill and I did. I informed them they are inconveniecing us, why don't they switch from the App to prepaid to be fair to everyone? They apologized and assured me they will resolve this issue and this will never happen again. Guess what, now the agent was looking for me week before last to give me a letter as a notice to pay for water usage. Same thing is happening again!!!
I'm not a happy tenant at all! #WIN
