Cloud logistics & Simonsig somehow lost my wine order and has absolutely no remorse for it!
I made an online order from the Simonsig website on the 25th of May, a rather large order of wine, and it was obviously only to be delivered when the lockdown rules were less strict. The time had come on the 1st of June and I had received a confirmation email from them confirming that they have have received the wine from the wine farm and that the courier guy would call me.
That never happened..
I had to trace the courier guys number myself and talk to him about my delivery, 3 weeks later. He kept on coming up with excuses such as its late, there are many orders, we don't deliver after 7, we can't deliver on Fridays. I left it, the following monday came. I once again had to call him, not him calling me(no courtessy) and all of a sudden the driver's truck broke down, but he had promised (all these conversations are available on SMS) to deliver the alcohol the next day personally to me.
The next day came and all of a sudden my wine order(18527) was not received by them, they can't find it.
I called Simonsig and Cloud logistics over the past two weeks, all of them promised to return my call -Not one of them did(all my calls are recorded and I can share my call history to show that none of the returned my call)
This is by far the most disrespected I've felt by a professional service after they had taken my money, after I chose to support them amidst this lockdown! Who does such a thing?
