WHY TAKE MY MONEY AND THEN NOT DELIVER MY GOODS?

Placed and paid for my order on 2021/05/21. When I never received my order I sent an e-mail and was given the excuse that my order was going through a quality check due to some issues with their previous deliveries and would be delivered within 2 business weeks. And now when I e-mail them as I still never received my order, I get no reply. Do not order from as they are clearly dishonest people, stealing from honest, hard working people who are trying to "support local "
