Disappointed

Disappointed as this was my first purchase. I placed and paid for my order on the 9 Jan, thinking that my child will get her book before she starts school on the 16 Jan. There has been no communication since then. I have called, sent a Whatsapp and emails. Would greatly appreciate it if I can get some communication. Order number VRTUPSHVU.
