Great service - very happy customer
I am very happy with the service. I could not find a book my daughter needed for school anywhere. The service from Simply Everything was fantastic and I received the book quickly. So grateful.

Great service - very happy customer
I am very happy with the service. I could not find a book my daughter needed for school anywhere. The service from Simply Everything was fantastic and I received the book quickly. So grateful.

Simply Everything
I ordered a book that is recommended for matrics on 01 February 2023 and was promised delivery within 3 days. It is now 15 days later and I still haven't received the book. The website does not inform the customer if stock is available prior to making a payment.

Response/update urgently required!!!!
Im getting very worried now as there is absolutely no communication from this store. It is my first order from them, i placed & paid for an order on the 10th of January 2023 - books urgently needed for school. There has been no update on their website, tried calling theres never an answer, no response to my email. Whats going on is this a legit store? Ref: MAWOPAVPR

Disappointed
Disappointed as this was my first purchase. I placed and paid for my order on the 9 Jan, thinking that my child will get her book before she starts school on the 16 Jan. There has been no communication since then. I have called, sent a Whatsapp and emails. Would greatly appreciate it if I can get some communication. Order number VRTUPSHVU.

Disappointed
Disappointed as this was my first purchase. I placed and paid for my order on the 9 Jan, thinking that my child will get her book before she starts school on the 16 Jan. Simply no service
I have ordered from this company before and had good service. this year, i placed my order and paid. since payment was done, i cannot get hold of anyone and my order is not delivered. my kids are at school without their workbooks. not a great way to start the new year. SFMNHELXF

I have ordered from this company before and had good service. this year, i placed my order and paid. since payment was done, i cannot get hold of anyone and my order is not delivered. my kids are at school without their workbooks. not a great way to start the new year. SFMNHELXF

Poor customer communication, I won’t recommend!
I made a purchase on 04/01/2023 with reference RQHCMTVNQ. WhatsApp not working. Telephone on voicemail. No response to email. This is starting to look like a scam. Sad because my children are without the textbooks I ordered and the school year has started.

POOR SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I purchased a textbook. Paid on the 4/01/2023. I did not receive any feedback. When I messaged I received feedback 2 days later to say my payment has been allocated. I sent messages queried delivery which was read and I only got a reply after 4 days to state that it was out for delivery on the 9/01/2023. I have since tried calling and smsing and have got no feedback.
