Response/update urgently required!!!!
Im getting very worried now as there is absolutely no communication from this store. It is my first order from them, i placed & paid for an order on the 10th of January 2023 - books urgently needed for school. There has been no update on their website, tried calling theres never an answer, no response to my email. Whats going on is this a legit store? Ref: MAWOPAVPR

Debited for my cancel?ed Policy
I have being communicating back and forth between Liquid Capital who im told are my supposed brokers and FFW since the 3rd of March trying to get my comp insurance policy cancelled, after having no luck with Liquid capital to instruct FFW to xancelled i made my final call to FFW on the 15th of March at16.42 quite irate to cancel my policy, i finally spoke to the relationship manager on duty that day who helped me with cancellation & informed me my policy was cancelled and that no debits were going off my acc. To my dismay FFW denited my account for this month i am already insured with a new insurance company NOW I AM DOUBLE INSURED!!! I want this company to do a CANCELLATION & REVERSAL with IMMEDIATE effect, i am taking this up with the ombudsman as well, this is ludicrous!!!

Double Debited & dissapeared funds!!!!!
My debit order for my credit card goes off on the 23rd of every month; my installment amount for this month was R1165.34 i was shocked & livid to see that FNB had double debited my account on the 23rd. The 1st debit was succesful as per the sms & statement and to my utter dismay i received another sms the following day (24th) stating that i have a return debit from fnb for that called amount, resulting in me being charged an unpaid fee amount by my bank (which i have to pay for by the way) all because this damn bank. I want to know WHY the HELL FNB DOUBLE DEBITED MY DAMN ACCOUNT!!!!!<br> <br> Secondly it is highy impossible & absolutely ridiculous that the very same debited amount of R1165.34 ALL went towards bank charges for this month, as of the 1st of March there is R0 available on my credit card (impossible). I want a detailed account as to where the rest of my money went FNB???<br> <br> I am definitely thinking twice about switching to this bank, there is absolutely no sense of accountability and no one seems to know anything!!
