I spoke with James Sekgobela at the retention department to review the premium on my existing policy. He returned my call, was polite and knowledgeable about the product offered. He was able to reduce my premium. Overall, I am very satisfied and comfortable with Momentum as my claims are resolved timeously and efficiently.
I ordered a book that is recommended for matrics on 01 February 2023 and was promised delivery within 3 days. It is now 15 days later and I still haven't received the book. The website does not inform the customer if stock is available prior to making a payment.
I recently purchased wheels/rims for my car from Maxsport. I bought the items online and also called them to confirm the availability of the product. The website was very useful and provided all the necessary specifications. The staff were helpful, professional and caring. The prices are competitive. The items were delivered the next day.
I have been a customer of Momentum for a few years now. I am always assured of a low monthly premium as well as a low excess. Unfortunately, accidents do happen, but every claim is processed efficiently and professionally. The road side assist team is very caring and call me until my car is on the road again. I was recently assisted by Oratile Kgomongwe regarding pothole damage to the tyres and rims. He explained the claim procedure kept me informed until the claim was authorised. It was not necessary fro me to call him for feedback. Thanks for a great experience.
MD Automation is a garage door supplier and installer. they installed a double, steel sectional garage door fully motorised in December 2020. within 2 months, the garage door would not open or close. It was only after 8 calls that Dawie responded. He did an assessment and informed me that the springs were faulty. he was to obtain new springs and replace them. After 5 days, he has made no contact, while the garage door has now come off its tracks. After numerous calls, and emails, he informs me that I must pay for the re-installation, which is now twice the original installation fee. the installation can only be done a week later. This situation has already created a security risk as teh door is open and off its tracks.
I purchased an All in one computer from Hifi Corporation online on 14 June 2019. They delivered an incorrect product. Upon enquiry, I was informed that the product I purchased was not in stock. I have emailed and called them numerous times. To date, they have not refunded me. I believe that they falsely advertise products that they do not have stock of. Do not ever purchase anything from Hifi Corp, online.
