Simply no service
I have ordered from this company before and had good service. this year, i placed my order and paid. since payment was done, i cannot get hold of anyone and my order is not delivered. my kids are at school without their workbooks. not a great way to start the new year. SFMNHELXF

Next time when you have technical problems, best would be to update the website with the information relating to no communication. I have just received my order, thank you for fast tracking. Please also try and keep the waiting periods updated, this has a big influence on what is ordered. Will use you again next time!
