People should be warned, dont pay attention to the people giving good ratings - they get discount / once off credit for good reviews - why else would there be references in the reviews? i got the discount in 2023 inv1520858 for a review. they refuse to take a cancellation that is not a calendar month notice. yet, they were able to bill prorata in July 2023. increases also happen very often. my contract expires 4 July 2024 - they refuse to cancel on contract cancellation date and they also refuse to cancel on the 30 June and bill be prorata for the month of July. as per the CPA, i can give 20 business days notice for them to cancel my contract, a REASONABLE CANCELLATION FEE may be charged - which they want to bill me R2700. these people are *********. if you want to be held hostage - this is the place to go. this is where things are not well - companies take your bank details to do debit orders, so they do as they please. on reply of hello peter reviews, a consultant phones and just give some nonsense and they do not do any other cancellations if it is not a calendar month.
Dear home connect. i am getting super irritated with you. i have been a customer for a few years. all the increases lately is enough to drive me nuts. my contract end date is 2024/07/04. you dont want to cancel on the date. you want a calendar notice. if i cancel 2024/06/30 - you charge me R2733 "recovery fee" i cannot cancel end of July as we are moving end of June. Asanda is apparently the only person working there and not willing to get someone to contact me. how do you expect me to pay for a full month or the penalty WHEN I AM OUT OF CONTRACT. if you only take calendar month notices, you should only install on the 1st. please can this be resolved. i am not willing to pay for a whole month that you are not providing a service to me. and with this difficulty, also not willing to get in another contract with you. you granted me a 5% discount a month ago, just to increase it again this month. what is going on that side??? when i joined, you were awesome and cheapest, now small things are a hassle and you are more expensive than other ISPs.
Visited this Pizza Hut a few times, always get super service, lovely pizza and the friendliest staff. Nelson has been a superstar everytime we went. Keep it up!
dear PnP. are you serious!!! we do our monthly shopping at your store - spending a few thousand rand there EVERY MONTH. we did grocery shopping in April - bought 3 x 6packs PnP long life milk. we used the milk we had first, then started drinking the PnP milk. EEEEUW!! has a horrible after taste. tried to use in food, still horrible taste. tried making yoghurt, even worse. I do not have the slip any more, also not the 6 pack packaging. i sent a mail, explaining that the milk is really bad, mentioned that i do not have the receipt and also not sure which shop i went to, asked if you can look on the loyalty card history. get a reply, please reply with all kinds of details including receipt. again i rep**** that i do not have the receipt, but this is a PnP branded product. ticket was sent to a different department. i am very generously given R17 back on my loyalty card in points and can i please take the receipt and the milk back to the store where i bought the milk. PnP i do not have the receipt - usually not needing these for grocery items. so yes, that is my mistake. BUT. this is a PnP brand milk, way before expiry date and tastes horrible. i cannot even donate this, as this will be thrown away. so please, advise on a way forward, and again I DO NOT HAVE THE RECEIPT, SO PLEASE STOP SUGGESTING RESOLUTION THAT WILL INCLUDE ME TAKING THE SLIP TO THE SHOP I BOUGHT FROM. I AM ALSO NOT SURE WHICH SHOP I BOUGHT THE MILK FROM. WE HAVE 2 SHOPS WE USE.
wow, luckily another hospital sorted my emergency. still waiting for someone to get in contact - you rep**** on my complaint 2024/02/02. luckily other medical practitioners care.
What a horrible experience to go to your emergency room. Besides not being treated well, i had to go to a different doctor and was admitted to hospital to have my medical emergency taken care of. what is quite bothersome, is that you keep submitting all kinds of different claims to my medical aid to get the useless service you provided paid for. putting stuff on the claim that was not even a problem when i got there. you did not submit a claim for what i went to your facilities. Embarrassing. i have sent a request for someone to contact me regarding the happenings at your hospital, did not get any contact yet. do not use this hospital. you will be turned away and will have to go to different service provider to have the job done. now i understand why there was no one in Emergencies (thought that was quite impressive as other places usually have a few people that needs to be seen to, but in this case, i am sure people in distress chooses a different hospital to go to.
What a lovely experience to deal with this company! Friendly efficient service. So glad they make the stationery shopping a little bit easier .... and cheaper!!!
the only time they have good communication and attend to emails, is when you are thinking to enroll your child. after that, communication is non existent. to get any info or documentation, you have to log in different places, different usernames and passwords - everything all over the place. laptop where all the links and passwords are saved, is broken. i am not able to get a report for 2023. sent mails that has not been answered. is it at all possible to send the freakin report for the child to start at her new school tomorrow?
Since this is the only place that i get a little bit of a response... 1. i had a whatsapp chat with one of your many *********** agents in July 2023. the issue was not resolved and i followed up with a phone call 15 August 2023. the issue is still not resolved. 2. last week i had an emergency and nothing was paid for the emergency room. 3. my app is still not working, still giving the same error. 4. where can the wellness checks be done do get access to the booster benefit? is there anyone that can give me a call, someone that knows how your medical aid and the benefits work so that i can get my queries sorted, please? it is not of much use if you respond with general replies from a no-reply email address, i need proper feedback relating to my queries. i need the app to be updated.
I am so super frustrated with this medical aid. trying to get info or getting something resolved, is almost impossible. their whatsapp chat line is a mess, emails goes unanswered and the complaints/compliments feature is useless, message is logged with no feedback at all. phoning is at least 20 mins of time and not once have i received good info, in fact, most times info is incorrect and then i have to pay up. getting any thing in writing, is a huge miracle. come on bonitas!!!
