Poor service
I've been to the spa previously and had no problems. On my last view 20 January 2024 I went again but was disappointed. I requested a light pressure massage. There were numerous times that I told the the******s that she was hurting me. The next day I woke up with my body sore. I have complained to the spa. I got no feedback from them.

POOR SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I purchased a textbook. Paid on the 4/01/2023. I did not receive any feedback. When I messaged I received feedback 2 days later to say my payment has been allocated. I sent messages queried delivery which was read and I only got a reply after 4 days to state that it was out for delivery on the 9/01/2023. I have since tried calling and smsing and have got no feedback.

They cal it customer service for a reason
I received two jeans as gifts for my birthday which both were from edgars.<br> Both being gifts had the tags with the prices on it but no receipt<br> <br> I took it to return at the greenstone mall in edenvale.<br> According to the staff and the manager.....<br> The one jeans I could not return cause they do not keep the \Kelso petite"jeans.<br> So I need to go see which store keeps ot and go and exchange at that particular store. Which I see as inappropriate seeing that it is one group?<br> The 2nd pair had a tag woth the price showing R299. But the staff says she does not know how much paid for the jeans so she will have to opt it for R199 which is the price that it is now marker at. Really can they not see it was marked for R299. """
