I logged a burst geyser on the 1 January 2024. To date, 23 January 2024 (no geyser replacement) I have not received regular feedback unless I called them and always spoke to Ruwayda. Ruwayda is beyond rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. She should not work in a customer environment. Simply First Plumbing if recommended, please turn them away as they would do more harm than good. It is appalling how a company gets work from insurance companies and treats people like **** and offer a ****ty service. Definitely a company with no customer eccentric values or bothered what Ruwayda does. Probably given work by a family member working for those insurance companies. I will escalate Simply First Plumbing to my insurer as well so that something is done.
