Unprofessional and shoddy work

Simtan Tradings must be the most unprofessional and shoddy service provider I have ever encountered with. The owner of the company is extremely unprofessional. The workmanship is sloppy and shoddy. The site were a constant mess of rubbish and rubble all over except once, for a short while, when we made a scene about the health and safety risk it holds.

A 2 week job turned into an agonizing 6 weeks of them almost never pitching. We are spending thousands afterwards to fix all the problems, from filling holes in the wood, resealing and painting the entire place, fastening the bolts of the foundation. The water floods into the living area from underneath the sliding door from the veranda. Every day more problems pop up.
