Dis-Chem Online offers bad service. Firstly I don't know why they randomly choose a Dis-Chem store that does not have the products you ordered, just to cancel items. Secondly, they choose a store so far away, that you only receive your order way later than expected. It's really becoming very frustrating... Why can't they use a better way to manage whete the orders go and manage expectations? Some of the stores offers excellent service like Dis-Chem Prisident Hyper and then you get an order sent to Fourways and the experience is just horrible...
Such a great platform! They have the best prices and great service with a lovely personalised touch. Will definitely recommend then and buy from them in the future.
Simtan Tradings must be the most unprofessional and shoddy service provider I have ever encountered with. The owner of the company is extremely unprofessional. The workmanship is sloppy and shoddy. The site were a constant mess of rubbish and rubble all over except once, for a short while, when we made a scene about the health and safety risk it holds. A 2 week job turned into an agonizing 6 weeks of them almost never pitching. We are spending thousands afterwards to fix all the problems, from filling holes in the wood, resealing and painting the entire place, fastening the bolts of the foundation. The water floods into the living area from underneath the sliding door from the veranda. Every day more problems pop up.
We ordered stationery beginning of December. Firstly when you sign onto Waltons they offer free shipping when you order above a certain amount, but later just to find out it's not on stationery. I phoned then and they offered to refund me the delivery fee, I should just contact them with my order number. What a lie!! I've phoned numerous times, waited more than 15min each time on the phone.... Just te get told the refund was sent through, it will just take some time.... Well, I'm thinking now they're just lying everytime. And to make matters worse, you can get the stationary at the same price or better elsewhere with free delivery included, and with excellent client service. We even received a wrong product and was charge for the more expensive one. No one bothered to get back to me on the emails I've sent. What a bad experience Waltons has been for us...

Divinescent is setting perfume as if it's rejects, but at the price one might think maybe it's generics. Hut you'd think you'll get perfume that smells actually like what you ordered, not some random anything.... Well, that's what happened to us. Bought a couple of bottles, and one specially for my Sis whom we rarely see as a Christmas present. Well after all the excitement about her favourite perfume, she discovered it's NOT the perfume. What a disappointment!! I knew I'd ordered it a while back, but who would ever think you'll get the wrong perfume that looks like the right one? The comment was next time to let them know earlier. What, are you supposed to open up the present and smell it?? Really??
We contacted ABSA via Email with very specific details to cancel a Debit order. The WRONG debit order was cancelled! And apparently can't be fixed?? How incompetent!! Never seen something like this in my life!!
I am so happy and spoilt with Isabella Garcia! Wonderful products that are packaged beautifully. Not to mention the lovely perfumes to make you feel extra special. And it's always a pleasure to deal with one of their friendly client specialists when you need help. Like Risha Loots who helped me today to sort out a technical issue I had with the website. Sorted one time! Can really recommend them!
I've made an order on the 24th of July and the delivery was our for shipment on the 25th of July already. And nothing yet... No one is answering on my emails that I've sent the last week, and apparently they are not using phones and using Covid-19 as an excuse. Since when can't you take calls in this time?? No one is looking at the FB posts. So I really do not know where to go with this?? This is also not the first time I haven't received my parcel, it was delivered to KZN before (and I'm in Gauteng). Go figure that one??? Really don't know what Zando is doing, but it's not working..... :(
