. I am writing to express my disappointment and seek assistance regarding a recurring issue with my Sinotec TV. In 2020, I purchased a TV that initially worked perfectly. However, last year it started giving me problems. I took it to Makro, where I bought it, and it was sent for repair. Although it was fixed, the same issue reoccurred three months later. Once again, it was repaired, but the problem persisted.
I have repeatedly communicated that I need a new TV since the current one continues to give me problems shortly after being fixed. Unfortunately, no one has taken the initiative to help me with this. Last week, the TV exhibited the same issue again. When I took it to Makro, I was informed that the TV is now out of warranty and that I should contact Sinotec directly. However, I was told that there is nothing that can be done.
