Confused about your service

I would like Sitari to answer me on the following. I have emailed the agent of a property that I had an interest in. When I responded to advert the agent called me back saying they will respond with a date to view the property a different day. When I called the agent miraculously another person was now being considered to view the property. To me it seemed like when the person heard that I am not white they were hesitant to contact me. It's like they intentionally made me wait until a more preferred candidate arrive. Kindly clarify this to me?
