Please be very careful of some of the adverts that are on here. The scammers take their chances. The will advertise under a well-known agency but they will ask you to pay in money first. Take care
I am here because I would like you to know that Uvest has changed there name. I rented in Sitari and it was a peaceful experience. Then the breakins started. We asked for help from the board, we had a meeting with them. This was their words and I quote "this is not a security complex it is a gated estate" . They were right. It was better to live in a property that is your own in their estate then you can secure yourself. But if you rent then u will be left to your own mercy. We had a breakin during the day while you at work. The lady I was on the phone with from Uvest today said ja we are not connected to how the board members of Sitari make decisions. So ja. It is a very nice estate but you will be left to your own mercy. Uvest could have spoken to the owners of the rental flats but know they all were standing out of the water. None of the flats in Sitari has any form of security. All you will get is security guards who guards the parameters. That was their description of a gated estate. On a high note sometimes the securities drove within the blocks of flats. I am saying just make an informed decision about living there.
I have applied for a property in Blouberg, Cape Town. The agent is Miss Caylin McDonald's. I am not angry but dissapointed that Pam Golding condons systemic exclusion. Orite, I applied then I got rejected on the basis of an outstanding fine and a late payment at a previous place I rented. Firstly, I have reached out to the office of both of those situations. I resolved the late payment with that office and they understood. I want to be very transparent. I have tried several times to meet with the board of Sitari because they cannot issue you a fine without a warning. I have never received a warning. Anyway I called Uvest to understand why Miss McDonald's has declined my application. When I explained the above the person said that a agent needs to first contact Uvest in this case to do an investigation, they cannot just decline without contacting the previous company. It's on the basis of Miss Caylin's manner of following obvious protocols that I am making this statement. I hope somebody else can also maybe share some light on the above because why is there a spesific standard for me and why is the correct processes not followed. I think right now I do feel aggrieved writing this. I would really like it for Pam Golding to reply. Because I have rented from your organization and I have not experienced this. Is it only a Cape Town thing.

I am writing this to help others who would like to join with Momentum to think before you make this commitment. Their premiums are very competitive but read my review. I was involved in a car accident 30 April. It is 12 May today. My car is only at an assessor today. The day after the public holiday I called to have the claim processed. All of my details was taken. I gave them a day. No one called me back after that with any process ect. I called on the Wednesday the 4th, a lady helping me says no claim was processed for me. She tried to calm me down and helped me. From the time my claim is registered I had to call them every day. Note, they will not call you to tell you when your car will be assessed. You will have to call them. Today is 8 days later. My car was towed yesterday to the assessor. Now I have spent probably R200 to make phone calls to them. The consultants were impatient when I called. One of them just said after waiting for 3 days of not hearing from them call again in 3 days time. Instead of having the details of the assessing coming, I was told that I must call a number for the assessor. Mind you this lady gave me the name of the company where my car will be assessed. I googled called 2 of the branches my car was not there. Then I started to panic. Finally, I called back again. This time I found a consultant called Itumeleng. He was my guardian angel. I hope momentum take note that he knows how to serve customers. He called me back. My car was standing in one of their storage facilities. I want to say to Momentum, when you have been in car accident no one wants to experience this. Thank you to Itumeleng for you help.
Hi all as we speak I am sitting at a dealer with my car having a service plan with genric insurance. They did not pay for service. They say the invoice did not arrive before 11. The manager said he can't do anything and I must write a complaint about the service. I am beyond embarrassed because the car is done and they not paying. Good luck to you who will still decide to go with them because they affordable. That is why we have monthly fees so that we don't have to make cash payments.
I have emailed Bulelani the fund Manager in Pe many times. He responded saying the money was paid intoy account. He also gave me a date. When I checked my bank statement there was no money paid in from them. I have sent him the statement. Never heard from him again. I called the number in the PE office they don't pick up thir phones. Emailing them has been since 2020. When I did get through to Borwa,the lady said she will sent me a statement of money due to me but she has never sent me a statement.
Steers Croydon at the Engen garage. Staff member did not wear a mask over face while working with food. The staff do not wear gloves when working with the food. This is not standard protocols for covid nor is it good practice for dealing with food.
