False water readings at Sitari CountrybEstate

This estate is allowing an unknown contractor to allegedly take water readings monthly of my unit without wanting to disclose the info of this contractor.One lady is staying in my unit and every month the reading which is not disclosed to me is 5000lt every month even if she is away for most of the times.Last month it was exactly 10 000lt which is impossible.Somebodybis taking money or plainly said stealing money from me.They had different excuses and now the company who send out the accounts Marite have a completely different story stating my Tennant actually using 17000 lt of water pm but they are only billing me for 5000lt.I get no help whatsoever from either sitari or marite.How many other tennants are they taking money from which don't even know this.I will have no option as to open a fraud case but don't know if this will help.I begged for info about this contractor taking the meter readings but they just bluntly up till now refuse to give it to me.I hope otherbpeople can also come and report this.I will try to report this in the local news paper of that area as well.I want proof of the actual readings for the past 8 months
