Very Bad customer service from manager on duty, no appolgies offered. I had to phone 4 times to get through to her, no one answers the phone.After waiying 40 minutes she decides to phone back.... Best is she blame me(what an atiitude) for leaving a item behind after they packed the checkers bag. No appologies. Nor offer to deliver item left behind. I have never received good customer service in this store there is always a story. Management must be changed or better training given. I am a regional manager for 20 years and this is not customer service. Terrible.
