Paid a deposit in good faith in MARCH 2018 for an apartment at SItari Country Estate in Somerset West. The bank declined my bond application and Sitari Country Estate are refusing to refund my deposit, notwithstanding it being a condition of the signed Offer To Purchase.

Should one believe the rumors on social media that Sitari Country Estate May be in financial stress?
