I love Site Essence
I have had the best experience migrating my Metro Fibre from Mweb to Site Essence. Joseph called me to answer all my questions, explain everything, help me with the new installation, activate my line, and help me set up my monthly debit order. Even after sales, I still got the best support and experience. I am impressed.

Love it
I had a particular issue with my LTE sim activation. I called in today and Mokgadi was the one assigned to assist. I’d like to mention that Mokgadi assisted in the best possible way and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. As a new customer of yours, I would only like to deal with her. Love it
I had a particular issue with my LTE sim activation. I called in today and Mokgadi was the one assigned to assist. If I could give you 100 stars I would. My girlfriend signed up Thursday and we received the installation and the router on Friday. Even the installation guys were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good internet connection and good service everything that is excellent is with Site Essence. I pray they would see this just to know they are the best so glad to bring them into my house.

Professional and quick
Chatted to Tshepo from 18h16 last night (via WhatsApp text) until 19h16 as I could not get the new router to register as a wifi device so I could log into it. He very patiently and professionally assisted this way and that way until we finally had success. Thank you Tshepo!

My favourite ISP in SA
Impressed with the fast response to queries. They regularly update on the progress of the query. The on-phone consultants are very friendly and that's part of good customer service. Great service retains customers. They even work on weekends. We were disconnected from the wifi, sent an email, and within 3 minutes, I received a response. On the same day, they sent someone to check what the problem was. The wire needed to be fixed. The next day, on a Saturday, they fixed the wire, and we were back online. I highly recommend Site Essence for fibre.

By far the best service that I received from a Service Provider in a long time. From day one all their agents were very helpful and really wanted to assist. Every encounter I had with them was just so professional and they went out of their way to get my problem resolved and connected again. Will definitely recommend Afrihost to anyone. Thank you.

Site Essence is a small starting ISP but they are better than ISPs who have been in business for over 20yrs. i have been with Site Essence for 7 months and never experienced any issues. the support is professional, friendly, and always available to help.
