My favourite ISP in SA

Impressed with the fast response to queries. They regularly update on the progress of the query. The on-phone consultants are very friendly and that's part of good customer service. Great service retains customers. They even work on weekends. We were disconnected from the wifi, sent an email, and within 3 minutes, I received a response. On the same day, they sent someone to check what the problem was. The wire needed to be fixed. The next day, on a Saturday, they fixed the wire, and we were back online. I highly recommend Site Essence for fibre.
