Efficient service
Excellent in her field. Helped me with everything even answered me late hours. Never rude She even showed sympathy when my mother was in hospital and the deal was on hold. Ek was eers skepties maar is bly alles het uitgewerk. Die hele proses was vinnig en baie professioneel en ek is heeltyd op hoogte gehou.Thanks Emily and Thanks Sivaya Motors. In a country where service is on the decline and trying to buy a vehicle from a dealer that truly listens to your needs and wants and under promises and over delivers on your expectations when looking to buy a good pre owned quality pre owned vehicle? Loved the service
Loved the service i got from Emily yesterday when she delivered my vehicle, such a sweet young lady from Sivaya Motors. I was skeptical at first with paying the whole amount without seeing the vehicle but I did put my trust in her now am a proud owner of a Hyundai Tucson

Loved the service

Big **** with this trade name , a toyota corolla was advertise as bank repo for R17500 ,I call the cell number to converm the deal and spoke to Nonny and told me to talk to the manager by the name of Garth , He then said that the car was going on auction that day but he wil keep it out for me .i ask him where the car was kept and said it is at SIVAYA MOTORS telling him i was coming threw to look at this car , he ask for copie of my id and R7000 DEPOSIT and it is refundable if i donot buy the car well there goes my money going there there was no corola and no Garth ,i paid EFT to sivaya motors and nobody knows any thing about this payment

BEAWARE OF OLX CAR DEALERSHIPS
So on Saturday I was browsing through OLX and I found this beautiful red Polo TSI 2016 priced at R33 000 with 71000k\m it was too good to be true, so I called one of their sales person and asked about the car he refered me to this company called SIVAYA MOTORS were I found this guy called Quinton (manager) telling him I'm interested in buying the car so he explained that they are selling bank repo cars and if I want it I should deposit Half of the money in that time i had R15000 with me so I deposited the money at capitec bank & the (account holder is S NGUBANE) to secure the car not to go to auction. Later that day they acknowledged my deposit and told me that the car will be delivered around 16:00 I kept in contact with them until today I haven't received the car, then that's when I went to capitec and reviewed the account trying to reverse the money back sadly the amount was already gone the worse part is that Capitec Bank is not even interested in taking action for such matters because I'm not the only one who came and reported this matter though I managed to freeze up their account.
