I am state old age grant resippiant and in feb as you know the golg cards had to be replaced with new black post bank cards ,I whent to one of these stations to replace my gold card with new black card only to be told that i was already issude with black card some one at sassa or postbank had takien black card and activated it with my details and druw my grant ,This has now become major problem to me i contacted both sassa and post bank to correct this ***** but ran into brick wall no help from either the phone nummbers never gets answerd , sent e mails a affidafits but with no joy its now three months no replay and no money .As this is goverment issue i do not think you will be of any help to me thanx Len Botha

Like all goverment departments a total mes so is sassa old age grant, i have endless problems to get my monthly grant ,it went well for the first year then is started to go wrong firstly my card got cloned and funds taken for two months now to go to the sassa offices and get a nother card is a absolute night mare .I was supp**** with post office card and not sassa gold card for two months it worked at atm then it got swallowed at absa , now back to the post office i go now this time no card just given a number now you must think it is now easy to draw money oh no must have copy of my id sertified at police station and must sign the form at post office , Then for the last six months there is never anough or no money in the post office , i was told by post office employer that post bank only supply them with x amount of money . Now post bank is not a register bank and they are responsible for all the payments sassa ,and to phone them is impossible no one but no one wil answer the call . I have spent one week of my life this year standing que just to find an idiot who knows nothing one time there was an old black woman who could hardly walk in tears because of this incompentance of all these sassa depart ments, KHOSI SEKELELE AFRICA

Big **** with this trade name , a toyota corolla was advertise as bank repo for R17500 ,I call the cell number to converm the deal and spoke to Nonny and told me to talk to the manager by the name of Garth , He then said that the car was going on auction that day but he wil keep it out for me .i ask him where the car was kept and said it is at SIVAYA MOTORS telling him i was coming threw to look at this car , he ask for copie of my id and R7000 DEPOSIT and it is refundable if i donot buy the car well there goes my money going there there was no corola and no Garth ,i paid EFT to sivaya motors and nobody knows any thing about this payment
