Unprofessional waitresses and managers

I will be honest... Me and my friends just wanted shots but the waitress i really done know her name but she was rude and ignored us as if we were not there... And when we wanted to complain to the so called manager or I think he is the head waitress he was actually fast to stand up for is employees and protected them and He didn't even want to hear our complaints and just claimed that we attacked the waitress and we are at the wrong... He was so unreasonable and unprofessional that's the first and last time I will go to sixes ****tail bar...
