10 Follow up emails with no response.

Dealing with Siyatec Executors has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I’ve sent 10 follow-up emails over 73 business days, and I’m still waiting for any sort of feedback or updates on my late father’s estate - Siyatec Executors has been radio silent since early October 2024.

I confirmed instructions back in October 2024 to amend my father’s death notice and L&D account based on their own recommendation, but nothing has been done. On top of that, the sale of my father’s property has been delayed because the buyer’s funding fell through, and there’s been no effort from Siyatec to help resolve this.

The lack of communication and accountability is shocking, especially for such a sensitive matter. Losing a loved one is hard enough without having to chase people constantly to do their job. This process has added unnecessary stress and frustration to an already painful situation.

I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you’re looking for someone to handle your estate with care and professionalism, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
