Siyatec Executors, your partner for all eternity whether you like it or not!
My advice to anyone planning to use Siyatec Executors, DON'T....Stay away please. I am paying the price and struggling, and you don't have too as well. I have been trying to finalize my late mother's estate for almost 3 years now and the reason why it is taking so long is because of Siyatec Executors bad service. They don't respond to emails, phone calls or whatsapp messages and every 2-3 months there is a different person handling your queries. They give incorrect information and when you ask them what you need in order to move forward, they don't respond or send it to you. At some point you have to fully pay them and that is when the service stops. It is a shame that they are allowed to do business with the public.

They give incorrect information and when you ask them what you need in order to move forward, they don't respond or send it to you. At some point you have to fully pay them and that is when the service stops. It is a shame that they are allowed to do business with the public.

Not Responding to my emails
Bad service, calls are not being answered, they don’t reply to emails and WhatsApp messages. I don’t recommend any person to ask assistance from them unless they are looking for a headache. Now I feel like I’m dealing with ****mers.

Not Responding to my emails

10 Follow up emails with no response.
Dealing with Siyatec Executors has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I’ve sent 10 follow-up emails over 73 business days, and I’m still waiting for any sort of feedback or updates on my late father’s estate - Siyatec Executors has been radio silent since early October 2024. I confirmed instructions back in October 2024 to amend my father’s death notice and L&D account based on their own recommendation, but nothing has been done. On top of that, the sale of my father’s property has been delayed because the buyer’s funding fell through, and there’s been no effort from Siyatec to help resolve this. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking, especially for such a sensitive matter. Losing a loved one is hard enough without having to chase people constantly to do their job. This process has added unnecessary stress and frustration to an already painful situation. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you’re looking for someone to handle your estate with care and professionalism, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

You get what you pay for
Don’t be enticed by the flat rate fee Siyatec Executors charges, there appears to be a saving compared to what deceased estate executors are allowed to charge, but you get what you pay for. My matter was hugely and unnecessarily delayed, the process wasn’t made clear to me, they didn’t satisfactorily answer or didn’t answer at all some of my questions requesting clarification, they were *********** and unprofessional to the extent that I couldn’t trust what they were asking me to do, couldn’t get hold of them when I needed, made mistakes in documents they prepared, didn’t show compassion. They had drawn out an already painful process. I regret using them to save a few bucks and I don’t recommend them at all.
