I am extremely frustrated with how my claim has been handled by MiWay Insurance. My vehicle has been at a MiWay-approved panel beater since January 2026, and to this day the repair has not been completed due to a part with no estimated time of arrival (ETA). The last update I received was on 5 February, with a projected completion date of 13 February. That deadline passed months ago, and since then I have received no meaningful updates. I have contacted MiWay multiple times, including calling this morning where I was promised a callback. I have still not received any response. I am constantly being told to speak to the panel beater, which is unacceptable. MiWay approved the repairer and should be managing this process. This situation has now caused serious loss of use, as this is my only vehicle and I have no transport. I am requesting urgent intervention from MiWay to: Provide a clear resolution and timeline Approve alternative part sourcing Or move the vehicle to another repairer This level of service is unacceptable.

Ooba insure is a **** I won't advice anyone to join them. Their service is poor, my roof structure is damaged, and it leaks when it is raining, I lodged a claim in March 2025 they took 1 month to appoint an assessor to come and assess the damage. During that waiting period rain continued for several days causing more damage. I waited another month after the assessor came without getting feedback. I did a follow up they told me they will send another assessor the second assessor came to weeks late they reject my claim saying it falls out of coverage. I have been paying Ooba for almost 10 years without skipping months. What exactly am I paying for if I will have to fix my house myself for any unexpected events.
Bad service, calls are not being answered, they don’t reply to emails and WhatsApp messages. I don’t recommend any person to ask assistance from them unless they are looking for a headache. Now I feel like I’m dealing with ****mers.
Bad experience, I bought control arms on the 11th of October 2024, I tried to communicate with them through WhatsApp to find out about the status of my order. They don't respond to my message, the last message is not delivered it looks like they blocked me. I called them yesterday when I tell person who answered the phone that I want to know about my order. He told hold me to hold without asking for the reference order number. I waited on the phone for almost 4 minutes, after that he just hung up on me when I call them back they were not picking up calls. I assume we are dealing with ****mers here from the number of bad reviews I have seen now. I will not let the off until I get my money back.
I bought studio monitors from these people on 5 of October 2017. They sent me faulty speakers . I sent them back. I have been begging them to refund me they ignore my emails. When I call them they give me empty promises.
I bought a Huawei E5330 modem on the 4th of January 2016 but my item still not delivered, and I don't get a clear answer when I ask about it. They keep saying they will come back to me. They promise to deliver 2 to 4 working days but now it is a 3rd week I have not received my order. I will never recommend a person to buy from them.
