I have a policy with them and i have 2month behind, since from February i keep on checking my Policy it's laps or not,then they say is up to date, i checked again on 5May 2026 they said they reinstate.i asked them I will be on trial or not they said, (No) my Policy has been reinstate with no change at all.My Grandmother passed on last week,the funeral was on Saturday, i call them they send me all the documents for the claim i filled it and send back to them,i wait for them till today, they told me the are busy with investigation,on Tuesday they said my Policy has been laps, and I have all the conversation that says my Policy has been reinstate with no changes at all, then the Lady said it was a missed understanding she asked for forgiveness

Unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest. I bought two tombstones from their Durban branch and dates of unveiling were communicated in advance and everything was signed. Closer to the unveiling date only one Tombstone arrived and we were promised that the other one will arrive and be erected before the unveiling date. They kept on postponing until the unveiling day. When I enquired they told me that they had too many deliveries and they apologised and promised to reimburse/ compensate with R1000 to assist with the inconvenience of doing another unveiling in Jan. Till this day they haven’t kept their promise they are playing hard to get and when you contact their head office the lady got angry and asked who gave me their numbers imagine such disrespect and unprofessionalism. Although they eventually delivered the second tombstone which we are not happy with some of the things but they’ve never fulfilled their promise and now we must spend more money for another small unveiling because of them and their poor customer service. I was promised that they will pay end Feb but now they are not responding and very disrespectful. People should stay away to this dishonest company with bad customer service. I’ve written numerous emails but they are intentionally ignoring me. I’m very angry because our plan was to do one unveiling in December for hence we bought two tombstone at once, but now we must spend money again

Royal tombstone Rustenburg refusing to fulfil thier promise on thier marketing plan saying the lady I was dealing with ****ed me and many other customers.I paid for my father's tombstone worth R17500 and I was told that paying it cash I will get a free double ply blanket however when I make follow ups regarding that they are telling me stories and refuse to share the head office contact details.I asked to be cc'd on the escalation email regarding the matter at hand howeve I haven't received any correspondence.They are now ignoring my messages on their WhatsApp number I am even worried that the might not even deliver the tombstone.

I purchased two tombstones from Royal Tombstones on 1 October 2025, paying cash because I genuinely loved the quality of their stones. Unfortunately, the service has been absolutely shocking. I was promised a three-week turnaround. Four weeks later, I had received no updates at all — I had to constantly call and push just to get basic information. When the stones were finally installed, there were multiple errors: incorrect grave numbers, a missing scripture, and wording that did not match what I submitted in writing. I went back to the branch on 7 November and was assured the issue would be handled immediately. That promise was not kept. I followed up again on 12 November 25 and only then did the sales representative admit the factory was at fault. Today is 15 November 25 and nothing has been rectified. With an unveiling in a week, this delay is unacceptable. The level of service, accountability, and professionalism has been extremely disappointing. The stones are beautiful, but the overall experience has been frustrating and stressful. I genuinely do not recommend this company based on the service I received.
