I went inside the shop to buy milk and forgot I had purity inside my bag, i was quick as I was late for my babies appointment, on my way out the security asked for the receipt of the purity I didn't have it she immediately said I stole the purity, I asked for the camera she laughed, the manager didn't intervene said he does deal with security staff, they are continuing with their duties and let me me standing missing my son's appointment, management intervene please
I would like to thank Mme Motla from Evaton branch she forever goes an extra mile helping clients her service is extravagance, I wish all consultants would take after her even one's over the phone, she would make a better manager at Vereeniging branch, hope the bank recognises her efforts, thank you mam so much
I reduced shopping at ShopRite because of expired products now pick n pay and it's worse this time it's an instant porridge which I bought for my kids I can't imagine feeding them expired food, I normally check the dates in the shop but I was in a hurry and checked prior feeding them at home I've never been so annoyed it has happened before but not a product meant for my kids, Thabong mall Sebokeng pick n pay I give up
Sassa Vereeniging there's this short dark lady who really has no manners talks to people like they're her pets, i was there to apply for disability grant for my CP son she laughed loud that i'm working but applying for grant making fun of me, with mask on i couldn't hear what she was saying she then shouted at me more, when i went to her desk and i greeted her she just looked at me, from the onset when she spoke to me her tone and body language was of a annoyed person shouting, i never wanted to apply for it hence my 3years old son doesn't get disability grant but the bills i face pushed me there, i wish herself and her generation never have to deal with what i go through, she mustn't forget life is a karma
I ordered a laptop and was delivered on the 21 July and found out it's not the one I need, I contacted homechoice for return they told me they can't take it back as I've opened the box, how will know it's the one I want if I can't see it I'm not the expect when it comes to electronics, I need a laptop with the DVD writer for my studies. It's unused, still in the box. Please take it back and exchange it

Paid my order 2 months ago and emailed proof of payment several times still haven't received my order, asked for a refund, my money is with payfast they haven't cleared it. One consultant will mail they have found my proof of payment and another will mail they didn't receive my proof of payment. It's up and down, hide and seek. Feed up with them
I paid my order on the 16/04/2020 at FNB it's a month now and I'm still waiting for it, I did send my proof of payment. please help
