I purchased two tombstones from Royal Tombstones on 1 October 2025, paying cash because I genuinely loved the quality of their stones. Unfortunately, the service has been absolutely shocking. I was promised a three-week turnaround. Four weeks later, I had received no updates at all — I had to constantly call and push just to get basic information. When the stones were finally installed, there were multiple errors: incorrect grave numbers, a missing scripture, and wording that did not match what I submitted in writing. I went back to the branch on 7 November and was assured the issue would be handled immediately. That promise was not kept. I followed up again on 12 November 25 and only then did the sales representative admit the factory was at fault. Today is 15 November 25 and nothing has been rectified. With an unveiling in a week, this delay is unacceptable. The level of service, accountability, and professionalism has been extremely disappointing. The stones are beautiful, but the overall experience has been frustrating and stressful. I genuinely do not recommend this company based on the service I received.
I recently purchased couches, a bed, and a home office desk from Lifestyle Homes in Halfway House (Midrand) after seeing their products online and visiting the store. Let me start by saying their furniture is beautiful and of good quality, but the service is absolutely terrible. I was assisted by a sales consultant named Lamek, who was very helpful and attentive until I made payment. After that, everything went downhill. My delivery dates kept changing first same day, then tomorrow, then Monday. I didn’t mind waiting, and my couches were eventually delivered. The real frustration started with the bed and office desk. When I reviewed my documents, I noticed a clause stating delivery could take up to 55 days, which had never been mentioned before payment. When I enquired, I encountered the worst customer service team I’ve ever dealt with unhelpful, dismissive, and constantly passing the blame. No one took accountability, and I was repeatedly told to speak to my salesperson, who was suddenly unavailable. When I called the store, another staff member named Lethabo was extremely rude and told me I was “not his customer.” Despite me remaining polite throughout, his tone and attitude were completely unacceptable. After this, I decided to cancel my order and request a refund only two days after purchase. My emails were ignored, calls went unanswered, and promises to “get back to me” were never fulfilled. I followed up for seven working days without progress. When I eventually went back to the store, I was assured by both Lamek and a manager named Matthew that my outstanding items would be delivered by Friday. Friday came no desk, only the bed was delivered. I was then told they would refund me for the desk, as they didn’t have the material. I made space for this new desk by removing my old one, and now I’m left with nothing. To date, I’m still waiting for my refund, despite several follow-ups and empty promises. In short: Their furniture is beautiful but expect Horrible communication ,No accountability ,False promises and delayed refunds. Their prices and furniture may look good, but the after sales service is an absolute nightmare.
I ordered KFC sunward park on uber eats and it was the best, fresh crispy and oil free on 2 occassions. When I go in person its a different story.

This was my 3rd visit to euphoria between 2020-2023, I have had ok experiences where I felt there was room for improvement. On Christmas day the lunch was delayed by 30minutes and there was no communication whatsoever,our slot was supposed to be 2hrs and it ended up being 1hr 30minutes because of the delay. The food wasnt the best, I really dont k ow what happened to the standard here? Have they gotten a new chef? Consistency? When I later checked in I was checked into a room that had a leak,meaning the carpet was wet and we didnt know where the water came from,the staff really did their best to assist even though I was that one that insisted that I didnt want that room. and they managed to relocate me. Later we ordered room service, the food was terrible,presentation and quality easpecially for what you pay for . I know it is peak season and people are happy but my neighbours were loud,children banging doors screaming and playing outside from 21:00- 23:00pm,running up and down and when I called reception 3times to report this, no one was answering and I asked myself what if there was an emergency? then 15min later they called back and the guy I spoke to sent someone and when they got to the rooms,they were not assertive and I could here the kids parents taking over the conversation and when the staff left, it was business as usual. I was lying there thinking if I should get into my car and drive back home the next day because this is really not on.I am in the tourism industry, I have been there for almost 20yrs,I am well travelled,I know december is peak and crazy, I know staff is tired and they are doing their part. I also believe that if we are consistent and we do the bare minimum the team can go far.Customer will walk away seeing the effort. I really will not recommend this place and I dont think I will come back again. I love the area and all,It is beautiful but there is no order.
My mom bought pants for my daughter but they dont fit, we tried to exhange but we were told my mom must be there. but my mom is away on holiday and she will only be back next year. I called Mr Price customer care and unfortunately they all saying its their policy. Not considering the customer
I ordered via drive through today and their service was terrible ,the staff was so rude and we spent 20minutes waiting for our food and when we joined the freeway we picked up that they gave us an incorrect order.
I took out the legal cover in January 2024, I then needed their services end of February 2024 and they gave me the sloppiest legal representative , I am even questioning their legitimacy. The lady called me in March this is after I relayed my incident online , I have to be on a 1hrs 20min call with her relaying the same story and she promised to send me documentation with 7 days, 2 weeks later I communicated with them and she again called me with the same excuse that she was on leave and she will be sending the documentation. In a paperless world 2 weeks after that call (6 weeks later) she eventually sent the document which I had to put my incident on paper for the 3rd instance and it was not even convertible on my pc, I ended up sending it back a few days later, I am constantly on the road and the effort to print and write a 2page story was so annoying as well, nevertheless 3weeks later the legal rep hasn't drafted or made efforts to do her part, I then decided to cancel my policy beginning of May 2024, they want me to pay my final premium "cooling off period" which I paid but they are still not delivering? and the legal rep lady has the nerve to even email me and tell me she is suspending her services. I want my money back. She didn't do her part in the 1st place I don't want her services anymore that is why I am cancelling however she owes me from March and must deliver. Absa step into the room regarding this matter else I am cancelling my personal accounts as well
Steers Elspark, the staff have no sense of urgency,playing their music loud and making jokes amongst themselves a week ago I order 3burgers for my kids and I had to wait 45 min before I got my order. This was my 2nd time not happy with them and last night I ordered online and when I arrived there 30min later ,only then did they start making them and I had to wait much longer and the staff dont care they just have an attitude . No names but it was 1 guy and 2ladies. Pathetic . And to make it worse I got home the fries were burned. I am disgusted
