Unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest. I bought two tombstones from their Durban branch and dates of unveiling were communicated in advance and everything was signed. Closer to the unveiling date only one Tombstone arrived and we were promised that the other one will arrive and be erected before the unveiling date. They kept on postponing until the unveiling day. When I enquired they told me that they had too many deliveries and they apologised and promised to reimburse/ compensate with R1000 to assist with the inconvenience of doing another unveiling in Jan. Till this day they haven’t kept their promise they are playing hard to get and when you contact their head office the lady got angry and asked who gave me their numbers imagine such disrespect and unprofessionalism. Although they eventually delivered the second tombstone which we are not happy with some of the things but they’ve never fulfilled their promise and now we must spend more money for another small unveiling because of them and their poor customer service. I was promised that they will pay end Feb but now they are not responding and very disrespectful. People should stay away to this dishonest company with bad customer service. I’ve written numerous emails but they are intentionally ignoring me. I’m very angry because our plan was to do one unveiling in December for hence we bought two tombstone at once, but now we must spend money again
****mers of note, they didn’t deliver everything I ordered and when I made an enquiry they promised to refund for things they didn’t deliver. Till this day they haven’t refunded and now they are not responding to my emails. I’ve been sent from pillar to post the whole of February. I spoke to more than 3 employees from Bawas and all of them were making empty promises. Consumers must be aware of Bawas furnitures ****s

I have not received my order no refund since first week of March, the only thing I’m getting is excuses after excuses. The incompetence is beyond because they are now sending courier to fetch delivery that was never delivered. Makro online ****med me. It’s frustrating because I’ve been ordering for years without problems but this time around they ****med me, no one has called to understand my issue and SOLVE it.
On the 09th of March I ordered things from Makro online and in those things there were 2 set of pillows. What was strange was that I was told that the things I bought will be delivered on different dates. First delivery came on the 11 and the courier company called me to let me know they were outside for delivery and that was delivered successfully. The second order I just got an email that it was delivered but because I was not at home I assumed they did. Only to find out a week after that the other set of pillows was not delivered. I called Makro explained what happened and I also asked them to send me proof of delivery to see who signed for delivery. It has been a struggle communicating with Makro people as they are so *********** and they don’t have sense of urgency, don’t care about customer service nothing. Different people have been calling me and I had to explain the same story every day and even the emails I sent were in vain. I just want my money or the pillows if they insist that they delivered I need proof of delivery but no one has helped me with any of the things I ask. Be careful when buying from Makro online as they will take your money and don’t deliver but lie and say they did.
Murendeni the consultant was very helpful and took her time to explain everything about our policy. She even transferred us to the other department so that they can review our policy
I had retirement annuity with Old Mutual and this year I discovered that they say it’s paid up and they haven’t been collecting premiums, premiums were collected via stop order and my mistake was not checking my payslip. When I ask them why is it paid up because I haven’t instructed them to stop and I haven’t reached retirement age, no one wants to take accountability they just sent an sms to say the robot paid up the policy. Who is the robot, whose robot, why? No one can answer that. As I speak I need to start afresh and get another RA. Old Mutual doesn’t care so be warned people who have policies with them.

I’ve been trying to get hold of them i even went to where their offices were only to find out they moved and no one knows where they went. I had money in that card of theirs and it’s blocked I can’t use it. Where do we report this. Do you think their underwriters will know? Oyi medical is a ****.
