I have not received my delivery even today

I purchased a single bed and made payment.I was told it was going to be delivered in 7 days.The only time I ever received a text back is when I was. Wing thanked for the payment I made.My texts and calls are being read and ignored.Please can someone do something.The company is taking advantage because people are not reporting them enough.I need my delivery.
