I need my account to be verified.I have sent documents and have been told it’s escalated but it seems like a game of exchanging emails.Since morning.I used the same account to deposit money and they did not need anything yet now I can’t withdraw cause I’m not verified and I have all documents.I can’t wait for hours for something that an app was supposed to pick up.The support system is so poor.WhatsApp is off.I was called yet still there’s a waiting game .
I stay in sky city ext 20 house number 3868 Logged a call earlier to report that the router has orange lights.I call now only to be told that I will have to wait for 3 days which do not include weekend because technicians do not work on weekends yet they are there today.The services that I won’t receive for almost 5 days will just be a loss on my side.How does this benefit me?.There is no sense of urgency from the staff because they are not affected.I work at home so Wi-Fi is a must have for me yet that does not mean anything.This network is not for the people.When you call you are told they understand the frustrations yet they do nothing to help.It is tiring dealing with Surf4life.
I purchased a single bed and was told it would be delivered in 7 days.The last response I received from them was when I was being thanked for making payment.I am being ignored on WhatsApp and calls.I am waiting and have been waiting.Please the business need to do better.I don’t even know if I’m being ****med or they just taking their time.

Wing thanked for the payment I made.My texts and calls are being read and ignored.Please can someone do something.The company is taking advantage because people are not reporting them enough.I need my delivery.
I have been in position one for more than 8 minutes.No one is answering .Ref 2023-04-19-0054.I called before 12 and asked that my services be reconnected because the debit order came days after I paid on the app.I was told it was handed to finance.I still do not have Wi-Fi .How long will it take?.What they do is ignore requests and wait for the next business day cause they knock off early.I made about 7 calls and I did not get help.Just empty promises.Surf4life is the worst service provider.They are full of excuses and have technicians who don’t care about other people.I have been using my money to call them and all they say is do not worry.I need my service activated.This is tiring ..Every month there is something wrong.What is worse is that they fail to help even during the week.So useless
The most useless service.They have no care for people at all.I am here every month cause wow.How long does it take to reactivate someone’s service?.It is during the week and yet I’ll wait until I’m told finance knocked off when I called before 1pm. My router has orange lines..I have no Wi-Fi since early mornings yesterday.I have been calling and logging faults necessary.There’s a woman who **** and said she was coming to have a look and never did.I live at sky city ext 20 Every weekend there just got to be something up with surf4life.My ticket is 2023-0401-0056..Surf4life wants to fix everything during the week so that they find no one in the houses since we all go to work..and we will still be stuck with a router that ain’t working.It is tiring.
Tshifhiwa.I want to give you you flowers.I called call centres today and was told that technicians are off.When I came here and saw all the great reviews about Tshifhiwa I thought to myself let me try him.I just want to say.He is amazing and I am grateful.I was gonna go for the whole weekend without Wi-Fi.He did not ask me any questions.Surf4life take care of that employee cause his one in a million.Thank You Tshifhiwa ..Thank you.
I stay at sky city ext 20. Cosmopolitan projects has an account linked to my ekurhuleni municipality account.I am billed twice differently.My municipality number is 2106196400.My Ekurhuleni account is on credit because I pay on time and ahead,yet there’s an account called cosmopolitan projects that says I owe R11000.I went to the municipality and they tell me that my account is fine they don’t know what account the one is for.I have my billing documents and they are correct,but on the app I’m named as cosmopolitan account who is owing R11000.I have wasted so much money calling and going to the brunch at ekurhuleni.And they stand firmly saying it’s not an account that belongs to them but cosmopolitan.Cosmopolitan refers me from one person to the other.It is tiring.I don’t want fake billings on my account and I need them removed.I have been given non existing emails to send the complaints to.I do not owe ekurhuleni,then how come I am a cosmopolitan project that is owing?.Ekurhuleni says the account is not even at Watervaalspruit.I need that bill removed.
I need electricity in my house please ..Ext 20…house 3868 sky city … I have called more than 20 times from yesterday …my electricity has been off for 24 hours ..I regret staying in this area..you guys guys don’t care about anyone..the last person I spoke to cut the phone while was talking ….wat does one have to do to get help from you guys?..this happened before one of the guys came n said the meter has a problem..did he fix it no …now again?a whole 24hours n u guys don’t even have a sense of urgency?
