THIEVES!!! DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

<p>In a quest to buy an affordable house, we purchased one with Sizabonke N&F Developments in 2014.  We went to their offices and at a glance they seemed to be a reputable business that was above board....that is until we paid for the house (R250 000) and the nightmare started.  Whenever we inquired about the completion of our house, we were given the run around and sent from pillar to post.  When one full year lapsed and the house still didn’t materialize after numerous postponements, we decided it was time to get help from lawyers.</p> <p>In our consultation with our lawyers, we cancelled the agreement and asked for our money back. To date we have not received our refund, which Mr Melusi Ngwabi has acknowledged receipt thereof. And now we are informed that we will need to wait until they have sold the house we were supposed to occupy before we can recoup our money. What nonsense is this!?! How long that will take, we do not know!!!</p> <p>In the meatime we are renting property and as a result losing a lot of money.  We are suffering and can no longer afford to keep paying rent while Mr Melusi Ngwabi is holding on to our money. We are fighting tooth and nail to get our money back.</p> <p>Sizabonke N&F Developments and Mr Melusi Ngwabi are running a shoddy business and are nothing but THIEVES who destroy peoples dreams of owning a home. They steal innocent people’s hard earned money and could not care less.</p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT BUY YOUR HOUSE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!</p> <p> </p>
