Stay far away from The Make Out Team
We had a nightmare of an experience using The Makeout Team. Alex came to install a fireplace at our home last year. They made a mess of it and took a lot of shortcuts. The installation was done very badly and we were so concerned about our safety using the unit. Alex gave us the run around when we raised our concern and on numerous times asked him to come back to fix the problem. The whole ordeal was so stressful we eventually gave up. We paid a lot of money and we now have to fix the mess they left behind. Do not use this company!!!

Alex from The Makeout Team is a con artist. Do not use him!
DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! We used Alex from The Makeout Team (TMT) to install our fireplace. What a big mistake and a complete nightmare!! The guy is abrasive, inexperienced and is a short cut specialist. The installation was not done right and our primary concern was our safety. We had to call him back to fix the mess he made and involve the owner of Hydrofire because Alex was giving us the run around. Eventually we gave up as entire experience was so stressful. Our fireplace is still incomplete. No after service is done to check if the unit is working properly. We are now on our own to sort it out and complete the installation after paying so much money. DO NOT USE ALEX FROM ‘THE MAKEOUT TEAM’ (TMT) AND MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT PAY HIM UPFRONT.

HORRID SERVICE FROM HYDROFIRE AND ALEX FROM ‘THE MAKEOUT TEAM’ IS A CON ARTIST
Worst experience!!! The most useless service and products. We purchased a unit from Hydrofire Randburg branch last year and we regret our decision up to this day. We used one of their recommended installers by the name of Alex from The Makeout Team (TMT). What a big mistake and a complete nightmare!! The guy is abrasive, inexperienced and is a short cut specialist. The installation was not done right and our primary concern was our safety. Disgusting Service from Murdoch Autobody!!!
Disgusting Service!!!!! We took our car to Murdoch Autobody in Strydompark, Randburg two weeks ago to fix the bumper of our car. We have used their services on a previous occasion to have another car repaired. Because they did a decent job before, we decided to use their services again and what a big mistake it was!!! When we picked up the car, everything seemed well as the repairs on the outside of the car where done and we proceeded to make payment. We drove off with the car and opened the window and realised the window switch was broken, so the window could not close. We immediately made contact with Murdoch and spoke to Jani who attempted to explain what had happened. We were told the car washer experienced the same problem and to close the window, the car washer had use the key remote to close it. Our question was- WHY DID THEY NEED TO OPEN THE WINDOW TO WASH THE CAR??? The switch was fine when we brought in the car. The infuriating thing is they were quick send us a quote to fix the window switch without our request. The window was NOT broken when we took it in for repairs, so we NEVER even enquired about the quote. So we were shocked to receive a quote that we did not ask for and no one had the decency to inform us that the switch was broken. If we had a problem with the window in the first place, we would have informed them not to open it!!!! We were told to bring the car in the following Monday so they can look at the switch. Needless to say they could not fix it. They have now dumped the problem on us and are refusing to take responsibility for the damage. Their story keeps changing whenever we call them to make follow up. We have asked to look at the surveillance cameras to see what was going on around the car, and they have refused. One of the ladies called Charlie who was the main person we had been dealing with from the start has the cheek to tell us there is nothing they can do. Both Jani and Charlie have a conflicting story, all this borders on nothing but lies!!!! Murdoch Auto Body are a bunch of thieves and have a stinking customer service!!! We will never use their services again!!! Be warned before you take your car there for repairs. It can come back worse!!!

THIEVES!!! DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
<p>In a quest to buy an affordable house, we purchased one with Sizabonke N&F Developments in 2014. We went to their offices and at a glance they seemed to be a reputable business that was above board....that is until we paid for the house (R250 000) and the nightmare started. Whenever we inquired about the completion of our house, we were given the run around and sent from pillar to post. When one full year lapsed and the house still didn’t materialize after numerous postponements, we decided it was time to get help from lawyers.</p> <p>In our consultation with our lawyers, we cancelled the agreement and asked for our money back. To date we have not received our refund, which Mr Melusi Ngwabi has acknowledged receipt thereof. And now we are informed that we will need to wait until they have sold the house we were supposed to occupy before we can recoup our money. What nonsense is this!?! How long that will take, we do not know!!!</p> <p>In the meatime we are renting property and as a result losing a lot of money. We are suffering and can no longer afford to keep paying rent while Mr Melusi Ngwabi is holding on to our money. We are fighting tooth and nail to get our money back.</p> <p>Sizabonke N&F Developments and Mr Melusi Ngwabi are running a shoddy business and are nothing but THIEVES who destroy peoples dreams of owning a home. They steal innocent people’s hard earned money and could not care less.</p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT BUY YOUR HOUSE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!</p> <p> </p>
