Jessica was and absolute champion from the initial contact to quotes to installation. Order paid for on Monday and installation done the next day. What an awsome company to work with. Service all round was next level.

I received Amazing Service from Hydrofire and they have amazing Great Quality Products! Definitely must have products from their store in Cape Town.

Great product and excellent service
Have just purchased and installed a Roma fireplace. Arranged the deal with Fred who was extremely helpful and answered all my strange questions. It was installed within 1 week which is amazing during the busiest time in winter. Installer was also incredibly prompt and professional. I am thus far very very happy with the product and would highly recommend them.

Great product and excellent service
Have just purchased and installed a Roma fireplace. Arranged the deal with Fred who was extremely helpful and answered all my strange questions. It was installed within 1 week which is amazing during the busiest time in winter. Installer was also incredibly prompt and professional. I am thus far very very happy with the product and would highly recommend them.
