I have just had the most astonishing service from Juanita who extremely kindly helped me to exchange a pair of boots that were gifted to me , for a larger size. She absolutely went out of her way to help me from 500km away. I am so grateful for the fantastic service. I cannot recommend them highly enough and the quality is simply superb. Have just purchased and installed a Roma fireplace. Arranged the deal with Fred who was extremely helpful and answered all my strange questions. It was installed within 1 week which is amazing during the busiest time in winter. Installer was also incredibly prompt and professional. I am thus far very very happy with the product and would highly recommend them.
I have written 2 reviews in past 2 weeks. Clearly they have a standardised reply which goes a customer care person will phone you shortly. Yes sure!! Clearly they don't give a toss about their clients as they still haven't called after 2 weeks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !
Re my last post they rep**** that a service agent would phone me. 4 days later NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! They suck!!!! Sadly I have no option as I am so far out of town and they have the most towers. For anybody looking for a service provider PLEASE DONT EVER USE VODACOM!!!!!!!
I have been trying for 2,5 mths to port my number from Cell C to Vodacom. I have bought 5 different simcards and every time there is a reason why the porting cannot go through. Sadly I have to use Vodacom as I live out of town and reception is sketchy. Their service is SHOCKING, 50% of call centre staff are barely understandable, they do not deserve to be in business. HATE DEALING WITH THEM ON EVERY LEVEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was mistakenly charged R 85 non payment fee but upon sending them my bank statement they were able to see that I had the necessary funds in the bank. MONIQUE went above and beyond excellent service and answered all of my queries within 30 minutes. She is indeed an asset to Payflex. Well done Monique and thanks so much for your excellent service.
I bought 2 prepaid water meters approx 18 mths ago. First one was faulty which they replaced, 2nd one , they keypad is now faulty due to design flaw whereby one cannot change the batteries. They have now told me to buy a new keypad which costs R 1777 yet I paid R 2950 18 mths ago. DO NOT TOUCH CITIQ PRODUCTS. YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE BACKUP. BIGGEST RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!
Signed a new contract last year, not knowing I was entitled to a free router which they never gave me. Now I cant get any UPS to connect to the 4 year old router they left at my rented house. Nobody is interested in helping me. Sales manager continuously in meetings!!! Customer care keeps shifting me to somebody else. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. There service is non existent. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. THEY ARE SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!
