I was thrilled that I could get both my daughter and husband's Christmas gifts in time from Snatcher. I love the products and I know that they'll love it too. This is my second purchase on Snatcher and as per their delivery process it took less than the time per their process to deliver my products! #VeryHappyCustomer
I've had bad experiences at a few Checkers stores in my Life time, but this is a good one!!!! From having a just so terrible day, crying on my way to the store the staff at Checkers Muizenberg just lifted my spirits with their kind gestures, listening to my requests and just being attentive. I was at the store, getting the essentials but these days essentials are soooo expensive, I only had R150 in vouchers and the cash I had at most was about a R20 so as I entered I asked if I could make use of my vouchers and the cashier politely said, yes of course you can mam. I did my shopping, they were so helpful and I ended up smiling as I left the store. I came in crying and I left smiling, I believe that says a lot about the staff. Yesterday, it was load-shedding at the same Checkers in Muizenberg I did all my shopping but because of load-shedding the cellphone network I'm on was down an the cashier patiently waited until I could check if I could do a transfer. I couldn't do the transfer but she said she could keep the last of my goodies and I could come back later. As I emptied the trolley into my boot, the electricity came back on and I rushed inside the store again, did my transfer and paid for the balance of my goods. It feels good to shop in a store where people care and it's not just a job but also the way you treat people and I think that's what I love most about my shopping experiences at Checkers Muizenberg.
In Dec 2015, I made enquiries on my policy to find out and be sure that I get all the necessary paperwork needed in order to have no comeback for documents which are missing for my withdrawal because I had previously(May 2015) had an issue with a withdrawal. On the 06 Jan 2016 I proceeded to do my withdrawal via email(which was indicated to me by the call centre agent I had spoken to in Dec that it takes 5 working days to get into my account). I did all the necessary & then I called to confirm that all is in order & I was told that it is & they will email me should I need to pay transaction fees, I received an email saying no transaction fees will need to be paid. I then waited the 5 days & no payment was received, I then called the call centre & they could not trace anything with regard to my withdrawal. I left it and called back on the 7th day because the fine print on the form says it takes a maximum of 7 working days. I then had to call back & fourth until the 22 Jan to receive my own money after scolding & arguing with staff who could not help, it took 12days to get my own money back after numerous phone calls and nagging, this I feel is pathetic!!!
