Terebly services from Councilor's office Mr Sihle Mazibuko

Good afternoon

My name is Bongumusa Mncube from Mt Royal, I would to complain regarding the bad service I was offered at the Councilors office at Kwamashu E section (Sizakala offices)

Today I went to the office to request for counciller's letter. The lady that working at the office refused to assist me since I was not from the same ward, I try to explain to the lady that I have visited the office twice before and I was assisted. The lady then phone the Counciller Sihle Mazibuko, I then spoke to him over the phone, he also refused to listen to me. I then asked him if his office was of the different Municipality, instead of answering me, he told me to give the lady the phone. The lady went out and came back with 3 security guards and other 2 guys to escort me out of his office.

The Councilors are elected by people to serve them, however today I received a total opposite of that. The ladies who are suppose to be assisting the community, they are rude and they don't wanna listen to the complaints from the public. The Councilors Mr Sihle Mazibuko was also annoyed when I was laying my complaints, instead of helping me, he instructed security guards to take me out of his office.

I'm am a very disappointed citizen and I would like this matter to be attended and dealt with.
