Grateful for EXCELLENT service from Zinhle Msomi Sizakala Pinetown branch
This is my utmost gratitude to Zinhle Msomi from Sizakala in Pinetown branch. Zinhle Msomi is one of the very few South African who take their responsibility and role seriously. she went out of her way to help me with a Westwood Insurance brokers agent (Leah Govender) who was extremely difficult to deal with It is rear to find someone who is so passionate about their job! Well done Pinetown Sizakala, Zinhle Msomi is for keeps. Sizakala Pinetown is truly blessed to have Zinhle Msomi and she is one of a kind at Sizakala in Pinetownl, I am humbled by her ability to show the spirit of Ubuntu Grateful client, I am proud to have used this services of Sizakala Pinetown yet again. Hillcrest Sizakala office
I went to the Hillcrest Sizakala municipal office to apply for rates rebate for the current year dreading having to wait and stand in a queue for ages. However I was pleasantly surprised at the service they gave me. There were two people available as Commissioner of Oaths and the counter staff were courteous and helpful. I was pleased that Sizakala have upped their game. Congratulations.

Hillcrest Sizakala office
I went to the Hillcrest Sizakala municipal office to apply for rates rebate for the current year dreading having to wait and stand in a queue for ages. However I was pleasantly surprised at the service they gave me. There were two people available as Commissioner of Oaths and the counter staff were courteous and helpful. Terebly services from Councilor's office Mr Sihle Mazibuko
Good afternoon My name is Bongumusa Mncube from Mt Royal, I would to complain regarding the bad service I was offered at the Councilors office at Kwamashu E section (Sizakala offices) Today I went to the office to request for counciller's letter. The lady that working at the office refused to assist me since I was not from the same ward, I try to explain to the lady that I have visited the office twice before and I was assisted. The lady then phone the Counciller Sihle Mazibuko, I then spoke to him over the phone, he also refused to listen to me. I then asked him if his office was of the different Municipality, instead of answering me, he told me to give the lady the phone. The lady went out and came back with 3 security guards and other 2 guys to escort me out of his office. The Councilors are elected by people to serve them, however today I received a total opposite of that. The ladies who are suppose to be assisting the community, they are rude and they don't wanna listen to the complaints from the public. The Councilors Mr Sihle Mazibuko was also annoyed when I was laying my complaints, instead of helping me, he instructed security guards to take me out of his office. I'm am a very disappointed citizen and I would like this matter to be attended and dealt with. My number 0670240097

Terebly services from Councilor's office Mr Sihle Mazibuko

problem not solved
i went to sizakala office in verulam to do a new log book, because my late dad lost the old logg book, the new logg book is going to be on my mum's name, which everything was submitted so i had to wait for 6 to 8 weeks to be called once it done but no one called me, that was on the 25/01/2017, i was assisted by phumzile dladla, i went to check since no one called me on the 08/05/2017 which i was told that the id number on the forms wasn't clear when they scanned the documents to pietermarizburg therefore its not yet done, and no one tried to call me and advised me of that in the 4 to 5 months that i waited only when i went and checked my self its not done. So i asked to speak to a supervisor whom apologized, advised it will be sent through the supervisor name is Cecilia gcaba whom gave me 031 - ********** /0 number to call but no one answers this number and no one again has given feedback till today im still waiting its been 9 months no joy from municipality with my new logg book, registration number of the vehicle: BGD357L, Licence number: NJ13206 . my name is sthembiso mthethwa ********** 467
