I am getting so tired of Sizwe, firstly denying me my rights for as follows: 1. no refund to date on the dentistry I paid, +/- R8,000. I have done several mails to D.S. and all parties and nothing to date; this query has been since November 2025. 2. I have now submitted further claims for refunds which I forked out reference number 319748; I have submitted via portal as well as mail and all I get is " We will revert in 3 - 5 business days; to date nothing. It is quite concerning that wherever I go; I have experiences that xray dept.'s and hospital are not accepting our medical aid and it explains why. If they cant even refund their member s how will they pay our bills to the likes of hospital, doctors, xrays etc. This is total chaos and absurd!!!!!!! And as per usual I will get a response shortly, "we do apologise and will revert you" I then wait and until the next time. This has been ongoing an issue and no-one of the heads seem to care and as long as we pay our whopping monthly premium, they dont care. What is happening!!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You had charged my hospital bills to my savings and depleted my savings; "Dineo Shuping" can attest to this! Now I have submitted a further +/- R5,00 worth of claims and how long once again. Yet we pay a monthly premium, look it up I dont need to disclose! What for???????????
