I am getting so tired of Sizwe, firstly denying me my rights for as follows: 1. no refund to date on the dentistry I paid, +/- R8,000. I have done several mails to D.S. and all parties and nothing to date; this query has been since November 2025. 2. I have now submitted further claims for refunds which I forked out reference number 319748; I have submitted via portal as well as mail and all I get is " We will revert in 3 - 5 business days; to date nothing. It is quite concerning that wherever I go; I have experiences that xray dept.'s and hospital are not accepting our medical aid and it explains why. If they cant even refund their member s how will they pay our bills to the likes of hospital, doctors, xrays etc. This is total chaos and absurd!!!!!!! And as per usual I will get a response shortly, "we do apologise and will revert you" I then wait and until the next time. This has been ongoing an issue and no-one of the heads seem to care and as long as we pay our whopping monthly premium, they dont care. What is happening!!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
