I am yet to hear on your response dated 26 th February, full of promises and to date none! It seems like Sizwe staffing's job is to ensure the patients are constantly out of pocket. My query has been since early December Ref 2025121529200013/14. This all because hospital costs have been charged to my savings and to date no reversal so these costs can by effected. Why punish us like this. I am aware as to who is reading this review! Do you not even feel guilty to punish us like this. You ignore this and so too all my mails. Just wish Sizwe could have someone higher to oversee this! You can be assured that I will reach the top this morning! Had no alternative but to seek legal opinion as this is totally inhumane!
Wish there were -100*'s to rate according to how feel about the poor services. I have been ongoing asking for my savings statements as my dentist bills were rejected due to no savings. On receiving the full statement of account; I noted hospitalisation costs for my doctors are being paid from here and hence leaving me with no savings. This is not the first instance. It is quite shocking how we are being cheated on!!!!!!!!! I have sent several mails, going back to late November and to date not resolved, just promised! Please check your savings finely to ensure correctness else you end up being out of pocket!
Wish there were (- *'s) for rating! I had a ***** on my account in October which I reported. On 5/11/2025 I received an outcomes letter at 03:24pm for which I was expected to accept or decline by COB of the same date giving me very little time to understand the contents of the letter. 6/11/25 - I objected by way of responding for which I instead received a mail and I quote " Please assist, I unfortunately dont know how to respond" I then received a call from a guy; the name I reflect in my mails, I received better clarity and had agreed to think about it and he will revert.. To date no call back and I have tried on several occasions to no avail. I have been mailing from 15/11 - 30/12/2025 and all I receive are out of office messages and nothing further other than my matter has been closed. This I find appalling considering I am with STD bank for over 40 years! Very disturbing services and just okay not to fulfill what you mention in your letter! ***** division needs to get their acc together and communicate!
Once I have a problem with Sizwe, charging my hospitalisation costs to savings leaving me with a minute R300 whilst I am now faced with ongoing calls of bills not being paid. I am also now left in dire strates for auth of my dentures, very disturbing to receiving a message, your bill is authorised but due by member! Why on earth do we pay so much and as I have said, had this very same issue previously and now a repeat, tells me nothing was done on the prior scenario, staffing just carries on to make a mess of our savings. What are we paying for, I Pay so much money for this poor services!!!!!!!!!
I am now convinced the only way to get service is by exposure. Once again being so frustrated due to the lack of responses or feedback. I submitted a request, ref WF20250715N18852194 on the 15th July for authorisation. I have spent from about 9am until now trying to get so sort of answer and got told now that they have forwarded my request to a case manager. So my mail has not even been looked; so If I did not try to reach at the expense of airtime abuse! Would have still remained unattended! Refer to my calls in preauth: ref Non...a250719 11h15 and also Refe Les..i prior to this for a long time and got cut off, this person took my number and had no decency in calling me back total airtime and time abuse. This is on every occasion, you include communications thinking I would at least get assistance and guess what none! To date I am still awaiting my saving recon as this also in a total mess! I cant even get this at all! PROBABLY TIME FOR IMBUSMAN AS THIS IS SEEN AS TOTAL MENTAL ABUSE! You can how lodge on these platforms and they simply dont care. But dont pay and they suspend you, I pay a whopping R18k monthly, this is huge and yet not once can I say I have had any form of service without experiencing mental torture!
Very disappointed with FTN, i paid extra to especially have my ordered delivered today! Took the time off yo ensure I'm home! I alerted just before 11am that mo delivery came and was advised i can expect today! As of now no delivery and was offered a refund and my delivery fee paid to my points account!!!!! What a nerve!!!! What a poor response and lousy!!!! I am totally disgusted and spoke so highly on FTN and their products, but if services is appalling and take your extra fed for specific delivery then I question the cunning way of their operations!!!!! Disgusted!!!!!
My word, nothing can you achieve with Sizwe, please can you allow-100******'s I am just out of hospital, Sizwe did a fine job in messing my savings up no feedback at all during last week! And now I am literally begging for auth of an injection I have to have weekly on a Wednesday. I have been on the phone with customer care, chronic, preauth, you name it! I have been mailing since Friday, they really experts on ruining ones health! And please I know who will receive this message! Enough is just enough! Always just ready to take our monthly payment! To Kill us! I have now 3x references and none can assist.
I really wish there are -100 stars as this is how I feel! Disappointed in Sizwe once again. I have mailed on several occasions and have sent 2 messages on your portal. Is this how we get treated! Or is it a case that lack of communication is of importance to members, as this seems to be part of your ethics. I have lodged so many complaints and nothing has been done up to the level of your communications officer who actually sees these post! Disgusted!!!!! I just wonder who receives these posts as whoever is reading it from Sizwe covers up and does nothing about our complaints!
Wow! I'm currently at Milpark, now 12 days, tge catering is absolute disgusting! I have to get delivery of yogurts, soup and whatever else. I am unable to jaw due to surgery of jaw, and all tge hostess says this is all I have to offer. Not once referring my matter to management!!!! I'd like see if someone will make the effort to come and see me!!!!! Al I can say Is Sis!!!!!!!
Wish there were -*'s as Sizwe does not even deserve 1 star! I have had so many mishaps prior and thought this once I would have efficient staffing attending to mails, call logs or responses on the online portal. To date none! All I get told they working on my request, this almost a month! When you call you caller number 24 and to await 18minutes. when you eventually get through they transferring you and you get disconnected. The services since my last complaint has even deteriorated more and yet we religiously pay monthly. It would explain that just the other day I had to have a certain scan and I was told I must pay cash as they dont deal with Sizwe as you struggle to get payment. All I can say is "Wow" as you not only get poor services but bills also dont get paid. What will it take to get these services improved considering I also complained about a year ago! And this just to get auth for specifics bloods that is extremely urgently, waiting just on a month!
