Poor service of product

I have installed an alarm system from SJC Security in July 2023. My side beam has been faulty ever since. After numerous back and forth checking, I was told to put up a net at my front gate to prevent the beam being falsely triggered. I paid over R20000 just to be told to put up a net to make their alarm to work properly. Whenever I leave my premises I have to bypass those zones. So my property is not fully protected. It was also said that it must be animals roaming my yard hence the reason why it goes off all the time.
