Client Service - Above & Beyond
I had a specific ongoing security issue and, even as a standard residential subscriber, they truly went above and beyond to help. Every time I reached out, they listened carefully and offered support without hesitation. Their dedication, genuine care, and willingness to understand the situation have been nothing short of outstanding! I honestly can’t recommend SJC enough. Each and every person I've dealt with at SJC and on patrol clearly take real pride in what they do and are deeply committed to making Brackenfell and the surrounding areas safer for the community. (And as if that weren’t enough praise, their rates are also extremely reasonable.) If loyalty is earned, then call me a loyal client. 11/10

Poor service of product
I have installed an alarm system from SJC Security in July 2023. My side beam has been faulty ever since. After numerous back and forth checking, I was told to put up a net at my front gate to prevent the beam being falsely triggered. I paid over R20000 just to be told to put up a net to make their alarm to work properly. Whenever I leave my premises I have to bypass those zones. So my property is not fully protected. It was also said that it must be animals roaming my yard hence the reason why it goes off all the time.

This company is a racist ignorant company mistreating black people and foreign people paying them half of Their salary's people must go and beg to get their money some people gets nothing at all this company must lose all their sites the boss Charl du Toit always work from home when people have not received any money then they can't confront him.is There any union that can assist the poor securitys of this company.

SJC SECURITY BUNCH OF HOOLIGANS
I cannot believe the type of hooligans that are employed at sjc security. On a day to day basis houses are burgurled and and nobody ever has anything information about what and who stole from us not even sjc security and why would that be its because tgey spend time attacking innocent people shoving guns in their faces and harasses people who have no bad intensions. These peope are hooligans I dont know who the hell they think they are just going around and shoving guns in their faces not even SAPS have that authority but SJC SECURITY "DOES". So this is these hooligans react out on the street.

Baie geluk SJC, julle is die beste! Vandat ek by julle aangesluit het, het ek nog net altyd uitstekende en vinnige diens ontvang. Julle pryse is ook ongelooflik billik. Vanoggend kry ek n oproep van julle om my in te lig dat my akarm stelsel se battery besig is om pap te raak. Die dametjie was vriendelik en kon al my vrae beantwoord. Baie dankie, julle is tops!!

This security is absolute the best ever!!! Once you interact with them, you will know, that is where I want to be. They have discount for pensioners, you can have a panic button on you're phone, where they can tract you 24/7. With ambulance, armed response ect. Within seconds they call when an alarm is triggered, minutes to arrive at your'e home! Please give them a call and experience it yourself.

Good day I am Denver Booysen. I would like to talk about my working experience at sjc security,I was working on the side of guarding by Van Der Vyfer transport. I also worked as access controller at Klein Bron.I stopped working for sjc about three months ago and ever since I have been waiting for my payout,numerous times it was told to me the next day at 10 it will be in by the boss CHARL DU TOIT and when I contacted him a few days after he said again the next day the banking details was sent a few times in one night via SMS and whatsapp... He blocked me from WhatsAp. On the 7th I got a final payment letter saying its going to be in the next signed by CHARL DU TOIT,its the 18th today and I am still waiting for my money...earlier today I fined CHARL DU TOIT and he swore at me over the fone even my wife heard him swear at me.I then fined Chris who works at brackenfell gaurding control room said upruptly "die baas her gese more sal dit in wees want ek maak n laas van myself" .
