After some initially good sales service from Adrian Meyer, but subsequent poor after sales service from the Bellville branch, The Mattress Warehouse finally delivered on their promise and resolved some outstanding workmanship issues. A much appreciated thank you to the manager of the Bellville branch for acting on their promises (albeit with some delays) and especially to Justin Williams and Linshwin Reeds for sorting things out. Your workmanship is much appreciated.
We recently bought three mattresses, two platform beds, mattress protectors and pillows. The before sales service was excellent, no doubt to attract our business. However, that is where it ended. It is now two weeks after delivering our beds and mattresses. I called back the very next day, after delivery, to inform the Bellville branch of The Mattress Warehouse that both platform beds (one chipped, the other nor properly installed) and one mattress (ripped along a seem) was not in an appropriate condition. Despite several promises, including ongoing and direct engagement with the branch manager, NOTHING has happened in these past two weeks. This is terrible after sales service. I would advise no one to purchase from the Mattress Warehouse as they simply seem incapable of offering an all-rounded service.
Thank you Adrian for fantastic service. Not only did we get good service, but we also got a great deal, and discount, on a complete replacement of our mattresses and bed sets.

Excellent pre- and post-sales service. Even after three years they are still responding to maintenance requests and general queries. The owner (Charlton Moorrees) is especially hands on and responsive. This truly is the kind of company you want to be dealing with.

Great pre-sales and admin service. But that’s where it ended! Several contradictory discussions with owner (Schalk) despite an agreed to contract. Poor workmanship. Little onsite supervision. Rubble stood for days with constant promises of removal. Building sand and rubble deliberately strewn into garden for final clean up. Practically no COVID-19 protocols - the owner (Schalk) wore a mask only once during all of the times we chatted on my property. Some items on the contract never supplied. Lots of damage to property in excess of several thousand rand.
My wife's car's battery packed up while picking up the kids from school. Outsurance sent roadside assistance to help her get going again. From the time I called the call centre to the time my wife had her car running again, all took about 15 minutes. I have yet to experience better service!
