Nothing false about False Bay Pools, it is true!
Very happy with my "as good as new" pool (4m x 3m) after False Bay Pools relined it, all done within a single day incl. all prep work, mosaics and gel top coat! I enquired through their website, received my quotation the next day, followed by a site visit to confirm everything, the team started 2 days later and arrived on time. The communication from Schalk was good throughout and the end product is top quality finish with all rubblee/waste and excess material removed off site. I can happily refer False Bay Pools to anyone looking to reline or revamp their swimming pool for the summer! Keep it up! Tiaan

Nothing false about False Bay Pools, it is true!

Bad after service
I sent them an email on Thursday 24th October 2024 and nobody responded: Good day Annelie and Schalk It has been 2 and a half years that we had our pool installed and while we have had much pleasure out of it, i must also express my deep disappoint with what has happened i n the last 2 weeks. I recently lost about 10cm of water in 1 day and immediately knew something was wrong. I have had an assessor come out and it has been found there are 2 leaks in the piping system. This surely shouldn't happen after this time. If we were 5 years on i would understand. I also am aware of the warranty but feel agrieved that i should now have to fork out a few thousand rand for repairs. The leaks it seems are on thr bends or joints of the piping. I would like to know how False Bay pools can assistin thi matter. Another annoying issue. I March this year the pool light also came out, so theres another expense. Again this souldn't happen after 2 years, surely not. I sent this email Thursday 24th October 2024 and nobody responded

The site survey and quote were professional, and the price on par with other quotes. All my questions were answered in quick to the point replies. The installation took only 5 working days and the cleanup above my expectation. I stayed home and monitored the workman’s and product quality with eagle eyes. It was done by the book and if something was to go wrong in the future it will be a manufacturer, or unforeseen ground issue. I can highly recommend False Bay Pools for your professional pool install and I will continue using them for periodic maintenance. Very happy client @ Monte Sereno, Somerset West.

Wat ‘n plesier om besigheid te kon doen met Falsebay Pools. Beide Schalk en Annelie is professionele persone en hulle het my gedurig ophoogte gehou met die vordering van die projek. Wanneer Schalk vir jou datums gegee het van die vordering van die projek, kan jy daardie datums maar aanteken want hy wyk nie daarvan af nie Baie dankie julle vir die voltooiing van die projek. Dit was ‘n plesier om met julle te kon besigheid doen Steven Lotz Oakglen - Bellville
